EKOHEL patinas, which are water-based, are the best choice for achieving special shading effects or highlighting wooden pores, corners, and faux damages that mimic the imperfections of antique furniture. They are used for patinating already base-lacquered wooden surfaces. Since patina serves only a decorative function, overcoating is necessary.
